This calculator is an updated version of the EU DisinfoLab's 2022 impact-risk index, designed to help researchers evaluate potential disinformation threats. The tool assesses eight key indicators—including engagement, exposure, platform spread, and media formats—now enhanced with AI and Coordinated Inauthentic Behaviour (CIB) detection capabilities. It provides a normalised risk score (0-1 scale) categorised as Low, Moderate, High, or Alarming, making complex threat assessment accessible to researchers without extensive technical expertise.
